AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE CITY BUILDING OFFICIAL, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION TO DISCOURAGE THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STRUCTURES MADE OF WOOD IN CROWDED OR BLIGHTED AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF BACOOR, CAVITE, TO SUMMARILY ABATE STRUCTURES AND BUILDINGS THAT POSE A THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF.
